Set amongst a stunning acreage block, this beautiful pool truly matches its idyllic surrounds. The homeowners wanted an entertainment area that would tie in seamlessly with their home and provide year-round use, but they also wanted a space where they could relax and enjoy the sweeping mountain view.

To achieve the clients’ requests, the team at Beau Corp Aquatics & Construction designed the space with a minimalist contemporary style, which included a high level of luxury. Cabanas were included at both ends of the pool to maximise entertainment space, and the large pool not only adds to the overall aesthetic, but can be used for fitness. A fullyautomated and commercially-graded heater was included to ensure the pool could be used in any season.

As space was not an issue, a large portion of the block was additionally used to create a flat grassed area for play and entertainment purposes. The large, elegant and fully-tiled pool is 14m x 6m and reaches 2.2m in depth. The bluestone coping surrounds also creates an elegant and eye-catching finish to the pool perimeter, while complementing the existing colours of the home.

Despite facing challenges caused by a steep block, the team at Beau Corp Aquatics & Construction overcame them by installing extensive retaining walls. The dramatic drop-away at the rear of the block also required core-filled concrete blockwork to encase the whole area. Along with an energy-saving Sunlover pool cover, water-saving pool tanks, and a black metal fence, which provides a striking contrast to the area, this pool is absolute perfection.
