Ezy Living Pools constructed this extravagant spa as a focal point of the outdoor space. The artistic statue and columns surrounding the spa are made from imported marble with the highest possible finish. The beautiful marble lion’s head water feature mirrors the Mediterranean aesthetic of the spa.

The marble walls in the spa area feature a French pattern, which is cohesive with the nearby arches. The blue palette of the mosaic tiles – which feature both inside the spa and in the water feature – create a striking contrast against the marble.

The spa features purple overhead lighting, while the water feature is fitted with spotlights that draw attention to the lion’s head stonework and create an alluring visual effect.

Ezy Living Pools worked in close coordination with Pool Graphix and Cooee Constructions to create the beautiful lighting and stonework details that make the space truly unique.

The elevated location of the spa and water feature created some difficulty when designing and planning construction of the space. The challenges were overcome efficiently, thanks to the excellent problem-solving abilities of the Ezy Living Pools team.

The spa was fitted with an AstralPool filtration system to ensure the water will remain pristine. The Viron Connect 10 automation system integrates all the lighting, heating and water features, and is controlled through a handheld FM remote control and an advanced LCD touchscreen interface. The area is up to date with the latest technology, which makes maintenance and entertaining a breeze.

Ezy Living Pools specialises in both in-ground and out-of-ground concrete pools and spas. The company also renovates concrete pools, and custom designs pools to suit a client’s backyard and house.

Ian and Clint Hillhouse started the company eight years ago, and have 29 years of combined pool design and construction experience. Based in the greater Brisbane and bayside areas, Ezy Living Pools builds approximately 30 new pools per year, as well as completing renovation work on existing pools.
