Darryn Trusz is the builder and owner of Kaha Homes. He has over 25 years experience in residential building in Brisbane and Sydney, where he was sought after for major renovation work throughout the 1990’s and early 2000’s. Upon moving back to Brisbane in 2003 Kaha Homes was realigned to focus on new residential construction.
Kaha Homes gives you a personal commitment that their homes are not subcontracted out and that only one home will be built at a time; ensuring full creative and quality control is retained from concept to completion. Kaha Homes currently build 3-4 homes a year and despite demand, are comfortable to retain our small size.
Kaha Homes spend the time with you discussing your needs to ensure that the home they build for you is exactly what you want; not just now but will suit your needs in years to come. The team will never rush you to make a decision and as they only build one home at a time you can be reassured that you will have their full attention at all times. When building, Kaha Homes has a fixed price, fixed term contract and they build to budget, to time, every time.
