The clients wanted an outdoor space that would seamlessly integrate with their new home. To meet this requirement, pentArchi delivered a flowing design with an emphasis on lifestyle needs and entertaining, as well as a range of cohesive materials. The frameless glass fencing provides an uninterrupted 270° views of the expansive surrounding mountain ranges. The pool’s interior features tiles of multiple shades that lend a vivid-blue colour to the water, while contrasting with the earth-toned concrete coping. The honed concrete extends around the home to provide a flowing connection between the outdoor spaces. Steel, glass and earth materials feature throughout the property for a harmonious effect. A striking feature of this project is the custom-designed blue lighting, which highlights the angular structure of the home and the perimeter of the pool for dynamic visual appeal day and night. The pool features a submerged bench for relaxation. A hidden pool cover was also installed to ensure the water remains free from debris, while enhancing the streamlined design. Fitted with a MagnaPool sanitation system, the pool will stay looking pristine year-round.
